"1、资源拓展：协助运营总监开拓、对接全国IDC机房、GPU服务器、IB/RoCE网络、存储等上下游供应商，完成资源调研、实地踏勘、比价分析、商务洽谈与资源锁价，持续跟踪卡源行情、货源与交付进度。 2、资方合作：对接算力资产投资方、资产合作方，准备项目材料、跟进谈判进度，推动设备租赁合作模式落地，维护行业高端资源。 3、对内闭环：对接集团采购、财务、法务，完成机房租赁、设备租赁/采购的立项、合同评审、流程报批、资料归档，管控履约节点、付款节点及合作风险。 4、运营统筹：后期协助搭建标准化算力运营体系，负责运营数据统计、履约报表、周报/月报输出，组织会议复盘、迭代运营SOP流程，配合专职项目经理推进各项协同工作。 5、业务辅助：负责运营总监日程统筹、商务行程、对外对接、汇报材料、PPT撰写，跟进落地各类专项商务及运营工作。"
