作为人形机器人工业应用团队的核心专家，你将作为连接顶尖 AI 硬件技术与实体工业世界的桥梁。你将负责深入调研并规划人形机器人在工业制造（汽车、3C、物流等）中的作业场景，深度剖析并掌握智元机器人工业场景落地的技术路线与实现方法。同时，你将作为核心技术枢纽，支持与协助合作伙伴（系统集成商及终端大客户）完成现场的集成部署与应用落地。本岗位要求候选人必须具备机器人或智能硬件开发背景，能够以极强的技术敏锐度与方案规划能力，推动人形机器人走向规模化量产交付。

主要职责： 场景调研与方案规划：深入汽车制造、3C电子、仓储物流等典型工业场景，调研挖掘高价值作业工位，进行可行性、经济性评估，规划人形机器人作业流程，并输出高质量的场景应用规划方案。 技术路线研究与适配：深度理解并掌握智元机器人在工业落地方面的技术路线（如具身智能感知、控制算法、操作规划、端到端学习以及工具链等）与实现方法，确保解决方案在技术上的先进性与可行性。 生态伙伴赋能与现场落地：主导并全力支持系统集成商、终端客户等合作伙伴进行人形机器人的现场调试、系统集成与应用交付，提供深度的技术方案支持、标准化现场部署指导与痛点问题公坚。 高质量方案设计与技术转化：负责起草工业场景应用白皮书、概念验证（POC）方案、以及大型项目竞标的技术文档，协助跨部门团队推动软硬件平台的本地化适配与技术交付。 一线需求提炼与产品反馈：深度复盘工业现场的实际落地痛点与工艺要求，将复杂的现场需求精准转化为标准化的产品与研发迭代需求，反哺公司核心技术平台。 行业生态与竞品分析：持续跟踪国内外具身智能与工业机器人领域的最新技术动态与竞争对手落地方案，为公司技术路线选择与场景布局提供前瞻性建议。

教育背景：计算机、自动化、机器人工程、机械电子、软件工程等相关专业本科及以上学历。 经验要求：具备机器人（工业/移动/人形）、智能硬件、工业自动化或智能制造领域的实际研发、系统集成或技术支持经验，有完整的项目从研发到现场落地全流程背景者优先。 技术要求： 具备扎实的机器人系统基础，熟悉 ROS/ROS2 框架，对运动控制、机械臂规划、计算机视觉或激光 SLAM 中至少一个领域有开发或调优经验； 能够阅读并理解技术架构与底层代码逻辑（C++/Python），具备与核心研发团队、合作伙伴技术专家深度对话和协同解决问题的硬实力。 场景理解力：对现代工业场景（如汽车总装/冲压、3C组装测试、仓储物流分拣等）的工艺流程、工况环境及工业安全规范有敏锐的洞察和快速学习能力。 核心软实力：具备卓越的文档撰写与技术宣讲能力（PPT/方案书），优秀的跨团队协作及大客户沟通协调技巧；自驱力强，能适应在工业现场或实验室的测试出差节奏。 外语加分项：具备良好的外语（英语）听说读写能力优先，能够无障碍阅读国际前沿技术文献、开源社区资料，或具备外企、海外项目交付支持背景。
