（一）品牌战略与公关媒介管理 1、结合人工智能、商用机器人租赁行业特性、市场趋势及竞品动态，制定公司中长期品牌战略、年度传播规划与公关策略，打造适配B端租赁业务的科技品牌调性，建立行业差异化品牌标签。 2、深耕科技行业媒体、行业协会、产业平台、政企资源，维护优质公关媒介渠道，搭建稳定的外部传播资源矩阵，负责品牌新闻宣发、行业曝光、专访报道、荣誉申报、行业榜单申报等工作。 3、统筹品牌舆情监控与危机公关，建立完善的舆情应对机制，快速处理品牌负面信息、舆情风险，维护企业品牌口碑与行业形象。 4、针对机器人租赁业务场景（商企服务、展会落地、政企合作、项目案例交付），输出专业化品牌传播内容，强化公司在机器人租赁赛道的专业度与行业影响力。 （二）全品类品牌项目统筹落地 1、全权负责公司所有品牌类项目的整体统筹、方案策划、落地执行与效果复盘，涵盖品牌升级、VI体系迭代、品牌宣传片、案例手册、官网新媒体矩阵运营、行业展会、品牌沙龙、招商传播、新品/新业务发布等全维度项目。 2、联动业务、销售、产品、运营、行政等部门，对齐业务发展目标，结合机器人租赁拓客、渠道合作、市场渗透需求，定制适配的品牌营销方案，以品牌力赋能业务转化。 3、负责品牌预算统筹与管控，合理分配传播、物料、活动资源，对品牌项目成果、曝光量、行业声量、业务赋能效果负责，定期输出项目复盘报告，持续优化品牌打法。 4、沉淀公司标杆租赁项目案例、企业优势、技术实力、服务体系，打造品牌核心内容资产，构建企业核心竞争力。 （三）团队搭建与精细化管理 1、负责品牌团队的搭建、人员配置、岗位职责划分与日常管理，搭建标准化品牌工作流程、管理制度、审批流程，提升团队整体工作效率。 2、制定团队年度、季度、月度工作目标与绩效考核标准，统筹团队工作排布，做好人员培养、能力赋能、梯队建设，打造高效、专业的品牌运营团队。 3、统筹团队内外协作，对接外部设计、媒体、公关、活动供应商，管控服务质量，把控所有品牌输出物料、传播内容的品质与调性统一。

1、本科及以上学历，市场营销、品牌传播、新闻传媒、广告学等相关专业优先，5年以上科技行业、人工智能、ToB服务、设备租赁行业品牌全盘操盘经验，2年以上品牌团队管理经验。 2、具备成熟的科技行业公关媒介资源，熟悉科技类媒体、行业平台、政企资源运作模式，具备独立操盘品牌公关传播、行业曝光、荣誉申报的成功案例。 3、具备全链路品牌项目统筹能力，能够独立负责品牌战略规划、大型品牌活动、内容体系搭建、品牌升级等全流程项目落地，有ToB科技、设备租赁、智能硬件行业经验者优先。 4、具备扎实的团队管理能力，擅长团队搭建、目标拆解、人员赋能、流程标准化管理，具备优秀的统筹协调、沟通谈判、问题解决能力。 5、熟悉机器人、AI智能设备、商用服务、租赁商业模式，具备敏锐的市场洞察力、品牌思维和商业思维，能够精准贴合业务需求做品牌赋能。 6、具备优秀的文案功底、审美能力、策略思维，抗压性强，结果导向，拥有成熟的品牌全盘操盘成功案例。
