1. 负责作业智能相关产品规划，结合业务目标、技术演进和场景需求，制定产品路线图及版本迭代计划。 2. 深入酒店、零售、4S店、家庭等真实场景，开展用户调研、需求分析及竞品研究，识别高价值作业场景并定义产品方案。 3. 负责机器人自主作业能力的产品设计，将真实业务需求转化为机器人任务、能力及产品需求，明确场景边界、产品目标和验收标准。 4. 负责数采、超视距遥操、模型训练与部署等工具产品建设，提升数据获取、能力开发及场景交付效率。 5. 负责复杂软硬件产品需求定义，包括业务流程、功能逻辑、交互方案、异常处理、安全策略及软硬件协同方案。 6. 主导PRD、产品原型、业务流程及需求评审，推动算法、研发、测试、硬件等团队达成一致并完成产品交付。 7. 跟踪产品研发、测试及上线全过程，识别并推动解决关键问题，对产品质量、交付进度及最终体验负责。 8. 建立产品验收标准和评测体系，通过真实场景验证产品能力，持续推动产品迭代优化。 9. 沉淀产品规范、用户手册、场景方案及业务知识库，提升产品规模化复制和交付能力。

1. 3–5年产品经理工作经验，有机器人、自动驾驶、智能硬件、AI产品或复杂软硬件系统相关经验优先。 2. 具备较强的产品规划和独立产品设计能力，能够从业务目标出发完成需求洞察、方案定义、研发推进到上线验收的完整闭环。 3. 对机器人、具身智能及智能硬件有较强兴趣和技术理解能力，能够与算法、软件、硬件团队进行高效沟通。 4. 了解具身智能基本技术体系，对VLA、机器人操作、数据采集、遥操作、模型训练/推理等至少一个方向有实际认知或项目经验。 5. 具备较强的场景抽象和需求拆解能力，能够将复杂线下业务流程转化为清晰、可实现、可验收的机器人产品需求。 6. 具备复杂产品系统设计能力，能够处理多端协同、软硬件协同、状态流转、异常处理及安全策略等复杂产品问题。 7. 具备良好的项目推动能力，能够协调算法、研发、硬件、测试及业务等多方资源推动产品落地。 8. 结果导向，具备较强的问题识别、分析和解决能力，能够主动推进关键事项闭环。
