  • 完成大规模前线数据采集、存储管理，与垂类模型管理，
  • 实现技能编排画布后端引擎（行为树/状态机/工作流），支持自检、重试、异常中断。
  • 快速集成LLM/VLM做意图识别与感知，打通RAG知识查询管道。
  • 对接企业系统，设计、开发和完善下一代企业具身研发工具链。
  • 参与技术选型、CI/CD搭建，带领1~2人完成迭代交付。

1. 对机器人技术和提升研发效率充满热情，具备优秀的学习能力和自主驱动力，乐于解决工具链中的各类挑战。 2. 熟悉 AI Agent 工具链，具备 Skill、Workflow 等可视化工作流的搭建与编排经验，能够将 AI 能力集成到工具链中提升团队效率。 3. 精通 JavaScript/TypeScript，熟悉 React/Vue 等现代前端框架，具备构建复杂单页应用（SPA）的能力。 3. 熟悉 gRPC 框架及 Protocol Buffers (proto) 定义，能够基于 proto 定义的工具链数据和服务接口进行开发与调试。 5. 有完整的前端项目开发经验，对代码质量、用户体验有追求。有开源项目或参与过有一定用户量的项目者优先。 6. 对机器人系统有基本的理解和浓厚的兴趣，能够理解算法工程师的工作流程和痛点。
