1. 职位概览 - 职位使命: 在具身智能的开发链条中，你是将“物理机器人”转化为“算法可学习数据”的关键桥梁。你将负责构建高度标准化、高性能的多本体机器人真机训练环境 (Env)，屏蔽底层硬件的复杂性，为下游团队提供丝滑的开发体验。 2. 为什么加入我们？ 具身智能的成功不仅取决于算法，更取决于软件工程的坚固程度。 - 你将处理多种本体的集成，设计支撑大规模真机学习训练的机器人环境。 - 集成挑战: 你需要处理多种本体（如灵巧手、双臂、移动底座）的集成。需要确保高频控制链路的延迟与同步达到算法要求，并能在复杂的系统表现中精准定位底层软件或协议的潜在问题。 - 软硬结合的沟通桥梁: 你需要理解机器人本体的底层逻辑（涵盖运控、传感及本体状态反馈）。这不仅是为了封装机器人环境，更是为了能与各本体团队在同一语境下快速“磨合”，精准定位系统性能瓶颈。 3. 岗位职责 - 标准化环境构建 (Env Wrapper): 负责将不同品牌、不同协议的机器人底层软件封装为标准化的训练环境接口。确保 Env 层能够稳定、高效地调度底层资源，支持大规模真机训练。 - 质量监督: 深入理解各机器人本体的传感器与控制模块，能够监控并判断机器相关软件问题，并驱动本体团队协作解决。 - 多本体适配与协同: 负责跨本体的软件适配，在多变、异构的硬件环境中抽象出统一的逻辑层，消除本体团队与算法团队之间的技术隔阂。 - 工具链开发: 研发支撑真机调试、遥操作及状态监控的软件工具，提升研发闭环效率。

任职要求 - 机器人相关背景: 具备机器人或自动驾驶行业经验，熟悉 Linux 环境及机器人中间件 (ROS/ROS2/AimRT等)。 - 深厚的软件工程功底: - 精通 Python 和 C++，具备深厚的系统编程能力。 - 熟练掌握多线程、多进程、异步 IO 及常用的通信模式 (Pub/Sub, RPC)。 - 精通机器人 I/O 逻辑: 深刻理解指令下发（对运控层的输入）与状态反馈（图像、关节位姿、末端等传感器输出）的完整链路，确保 Env 层数据的准确。 - 架构思维: 能够设计出清晰、可扩展的抽象层，屏蔽多种本体的硬件差异，实现算法与硬件的解耦。 加分项 - 懂运动控制 (Motion Control): 了解运动学 (Kinematics)、动力学 (Dynamics) 或控制器原理 (PID/MPC)。 - 懂遥操作 (Teleoperation): 有过低延迟视频回传、力反馈集成或 VR/手柄控制开发经验。 - 高性能系统: 有过高性能网络通信优化或实时系统 (Real-time Linux) 调优经验。
