1. 将负责设计、实现和优化多传感器融合后的目标跟踪、状态估计、场景理解等核心算法，确保感知结果满足高实时性、高可靠性的要求； 2. 融合结果包括动态要素和静态要素，例如障碍物，占据栅格，静态矢量，还包括交通参与者行为预测等等； 3. 推动算法在嵌入式平台的部署效率和系统级的架构能力，从而优化计算效率和开发效率； 4. 分析实车测数据，定位感知瓶颈，驱动数据闭环迭代，与前端感知（检测/分割）、预测、规划模块协作，提升系统级性能。

1. 计算机、 Robotics、自动化、电子工程等相关专业； 2. 具备扎实的C++/python编程能力，掌握多视图几何、状态估计，精通至少一种主流跟踪算法（SORT/DeepSORT/JDE, ByteTrack, MHT, GM-PHD等） 3. 熟悉自动驾驶或机器人架构（如Apollo/Autoware/ROS 2） 4. 有自动驾驶、机器人量产相关经验者优先。 5. 面对未知领域的问题，有很强的自学能力。 6. 在CVPR/ICCV/ECCV/NeurPS/ICLR/ACL/EMNLP等学术顶会有相关论文发表，或在相关国际竞赛中取得优异成绩者优先。
