1. 负责公司各职能领域风险评估，输出风险控制矩阵，推动流程及系统控制完善； 2. 负责循环执行高风险流程遵从审查，深入业务细节，通过审查暴露流程质量问题和执行管理问题，输出内控核查报告，推动持续改善； 3. 负责各业务部门流程建设或优化发布过程中的咨询和评审； 4. 负责公司层面内控流程的发布和维护； 5. 负责外部内控审计及监管对接； 6. 负责采购招标工作的事中咨询和监督，截停违规标的，总结普遍问题，推动流程持续优化； 7. 各类偏离常规流程的内控合规层面风险评估，帮助特批决策（如供应商选择偏离招标策略、客户指定供应商、超授信额度发货、特殊账期审批等）； 8. 对接职能部门机制运营人员或合规代表，制定部门层面内查内纠工作计划，复核其工作成果，做独立内控抽查，评估业务部门流程遵从情况和内查工作质量； 9. 其他重点工作支持。

1. 大学本科及以上学历，硕士更佳； 2. 五年以上内控、内审、风控等相关工作经验，必须有甲方经验，四大经验+甲方经验最佳； 3. 负责过上市公司内控工作； 4. 为人正直，原则性及保密性强，善于沟通，对风险敏感性高。有较强的数据分析、逻辑判断能力。学习能力及抗压能力强； 5. 熟悉COSO框架，SOX合规要求，具备CIA/CPA资格优先。
