1、负责人形机器人手臂系统（大臂 / 小臂 / 手腕）机械结构设计，整合关节模块、传动部件及末端执行器（手爪）接口，满足运动自由度、负载能力与轻量化要求；​ 2、完成臂部力学分析（动态力矩 / 惯性力 / 负载形变），选型轻量化材料（铝合金 / 碳纤维），验证结构疲劳寿命，优化手臂运动时的受力平衡与振动抑制；​ 3、进行 3D 建模、装配干涉检查及工程图绘制，输出 BOM、部件加工规范与装配技术文档；​ 4、协同关节、电控团队规划臂部布线 空间，解决结构与电机、传感器的适配问题，参与手臂样机装配与性能测试；​ 5、制定臂部结构件生产工艺与检验标准，对接供应商跟进量产，处理生产等质量问题；​。

1、本科及以上，机械设计制造及其自动化、 机械工程 、机器人工程相关专业，3 年以上协作臂 / 精密机械臂结构设计经验，人形机器人或工业机械臂领域优先；​ 2、熟练使用至少 1 种设计软件（SolidWorks/UG/CATIA）与 1 种仿真工具（ANSYS/Abaqus），精通臂部传动原理及末端负载适配设计；​ 3、有跨部门（关节 / 电控 / 末端执行器团队）协作能力，抗压严谨，理解人形手臂运动轨迹对结构的受力要求。​ 加分项​ 1、主导过人形机器人手臂全流程设计，熟悉双臂协同运动下的结构干涉优化；​ 2、有机器人手臂相关专利或技术论文，具备臂部参数化建模、拓扑优化能力；​ 3、了解柔性手臂结构、碳纤维复合材料成型工艺或末端力控结构设计。
