1. 机器人真机算法评测与验证：主导大模型（多模态 / 视觉 ）在机器人硬件平台上的真机评测工作，对接算法与硬件团队制定测试方案，完成测试用例设计、指标对齐、自动化脚本执行与评测报告输出，保障算法在真实环境下的交付质量。 2. 算法落地交付与平台测试优化：深度参与具身智能模型的落地交付流程，协同产品、算法、硬件、软件等研发团队，完成从实验室模型验证到客户场景部署的适配测试、性能调优与问题闭环，保障产品高质量交付。 3. 全链路评测与交付报告输出：负责基座模型、应用模型在机器人真实场景下的全流程评测与交付验证，制定硬件适配场景的评测方案与指标，编写自动化测试脚本完成评测数据收集、分析与更新，输出专业的评测报告与交付验收报告。 4. 全球展会 Demo 交付与客户支持：负责业务部对外 Demo 全流程交付，包括国内外重大展会、客户演示场景的模型部署、环境搭建与调试优化，确保大模型在机器人硬件平台上稳定运行，可独立完成现场客户讲解（不强制要求语言）、问题答疑与演示支持。 5. 交付问题闭环与优化推进：具备强问题分析与跨团队沟通能力，针对硬件适配、算法性能、平台兼容性等交付问题，可独立定位或协调团队解决，输出可落地的优化建议，保障交付结论的专业性与各方认可度。

1. 学历与专业背景：本科及以上学历，计算机、软件工程、机器人工程、自动化、车辆工程等相关专业，具备扎实的模型、自动化与硬件综合工程基础。 2. 相关工作经验：2 年及以上大模型评测、算法交付或机器人 / 车企相关领域工作经验，有自动驾驶、机器人量产项目的算法交付或真机测试经验者优先，熟悉主流大模型原理，可与算法、硬件等多团队高效协同。 3. AI 与硬件技术基础：熟悉机器学习、深度学习与多模态 / 视觉算法基础，了解 TensorFlow、PyTorch 等主流框架；具备嵌入式 / 车规级硬件、机器人平台、自动化控制系统的基础认知，了解算法在整机硬件平台上的部署与适配流程。 4. 评测与交付能力：熟悉大模型基本实现原理，具备面向机器人实际场景的多模态评测方法与评测集建设经验，有硬件适配场景的大模型评测、自动化测试体系搭建经验优先。 5. 编程与工程能力：具备扎实的代码基础与工程实现能力，熟练掌握至少一门高级语言（Python/Shell 优先，C/C++/Java 加分），可独立编写自动化测试脚本、适配硬件平台的部署脚本，具备规范的文档编写能力。熟练掌握 Linux 环境下的开发与测试能力，可独立编写 / 运行自动化测试脚本，具备规范的技术文档与交付文档编写能力；熟悉机器人真机 / 自动驾驶实车测试流程者优先。 6. 职业素养与协作能力：工作积极主动，具备优秀的跨团队沟通能力、问题闭环意识与抗压能力，可在展会、交付等高压场景下高效完成任务，具备较强的主观能动性与团队协作精神。 7. 场景适配要求：可选择偏展会方向，需能接受国内外展会支持带来的较频繁出差，英语口语较好者优先；有机器人 / 车企项目交付、客户对接经验者优先。
