1. 数据格式统一：负责自动驾驶/具身智能场景下多源异构数据格式的标准化与统一，主导LeRobot、HDF5等机器人数据格式的整合方案设计与落地，推动云端数据格式规范的建立； 2. 数据清洗体系：构建高效的云端数据清洗Pipeline，制定数据质量评估标准，开发异常检测、去重、对齐、插值等清洗工具，保障入模数据的干净与一致； 3. 格式转换与兼容：设计云端数据格式转换中间件，打通不同数据源（ROS bag、仿真数据、真值标注、机器人本体数据等）之间的格式壁垒，实现跨平台数据互通； 4. Schema标准制定：推动团队数据格式规范与接口标准的建立，定义数据Schema与版本管理机制，确保数据在云端全链路流转中的一致性与可追溯性。

1. 硕士及以上学历，计算机、人工智能、机器人、电子等相关专业，3-5年工作经验； 2. 硬性背景：具有自动驾驶或具身智能（人形机器人等）领域的云端数据处理/数据格式标准化工作经验； 3. 精通Python，熟悉C++；具备扎实的数据结构与算法基础，代码能力优秀； 4. 深入熟悉 LeRobot、HDF5、ROS/ROS2、Protobuf、Avro等数据格式与序列化框架，有多模态数据（图像、点云、IMU、关节角、轨迹等）处理经验； 5. 熟悉数据清洗、数据质量评估的方法论与工具链，有大规模数据集清洗治理实战经验； 6. 具备良好的数据Sense，对数据格式设计、Schema定义、版本管理有深入理解。 加分项 - 参与过开源数据格式项目（如LeRobot、Hugging Face数据集生态）； - 同时熟悉自动驾驶数据格式（nuScenes、KITTI、Waymo Open Dataset等）与机器人数据格式； - 有云端数据湖（Parquet、Delta Lake、Iceberg等）实际使用经验； - 具备多传感器时空同步与数据对齐的实战经验。
