1. 关节模组测试 -负责机器人关节模组（集成电机、减速器、编码器、驱动器）的系统功能测试与性能验证； -执行关节模组输出扭矩/转速/功率特性测试、效率Map测试、温升特性测试、反向间隙测试、扭转刚度测试； -设计并执行关节模组的加速寿命测试（额定负载、过载冲击、启停循环）、环境适应性测试（高低温、湿热、振动、冲击）； -搭建关节模组测试台架（加载台架、测功机、扭矩传感器等），执行电机控制算法、动态性能及可靠性验证。 2. CAN总线与通信测试 -负责机器人嵌入式系统通信协议（CAN/CAN-FD、EtherCAT、RS485等）的测试方案设计与执行； -开发基于CAN/CAN-FD协议的通信测试工具，进行通信一致性验证、丢包率计算、总线负载率测试； -验证嵌入式软件与硬件部件的协同适配性，测试底层软件的功能完整性、稳定性与实时性。 3. 测试规划与方案设计 -根据产品及系统需求，制定测试计划和测试方案，编制试验大纲、测试用例； -参与产品需求与开发方案的评审，从测试角度提出可测试性设计建议（DFT）。 4. 自动化与效能提升 -通过CAN/CAN-FD等通信协议，使用Python开发自动化测试脚本，实现关节、电控、传感器等模块的通信交互与数据自动采集； -搭建和维护硬件在环（HIL）测试环境，模拟真实工况进行压力与边界测试； -持续优化测试流程，提升系统可测性与测试效率。 5. 缺陷管理与分析 -及时发现并准确记录软件/硬件缺陷，精确记录故障现象、复现步骤、测试环境、数据波形； -协助研发进行问题复现与跟踪，推动问题及时解决； -分析测试结果，编写测试报告和测试总结。

1. 学历与专业 本科及以上学历，自动化、电子电气、机械电子、计算机、通信工程、测控技术与仪器等相关专业。 2. 工作经验： 2年以上机器人硬件/嵌入式测试工作经验，有机器人关节模组或电机驱动产品测试经验者优先，有人形机器人、协作机器人或工业机械臂测试经验者优先。 3. 专业技能 -通信协议：深入熟悉CAN/CAN-FD总线协议，了解CANopen应用层协议；了解EtherCAT、RS485、SPI、I2C等常用总线协议； -编程能力：熟练掌握Python，能独立开发自动化测试脚本和数据分析工具；具备C/C++代码阅读能力； -测试工具：熟练使用CAN分析仪（如PCAN、Kvaser）、示波器、逻辑分析仪、万用表、功率分析仪、测功机等测试仪器； -关节测试：熟悉关节模组性能测试方法（扭矩/转速特性、效率Map、温升、背隙、刚度等）； -测试理论：熟悉黑盒、白盒测试方法，了解单元测试、集成测试流程； -嵌入式知识：了解嵌入式操作系统（RTOS）及常见硬件架构（STM32等）； -熟悉Linux操作系统，能在Linux环境下进行调试与日志分析； -了解ROS/ROS2机器人操作系统者优先。
