职位概述 本岗位是采购体系核心运营支撑，全面负责采购全流程制度建设、系统优化、招标管理、内控风控、数据洞察及绩效管控。通过搭建标准化体系、推动数字化落地、管控风险及输出分析，实现采购提效、降本、合规目标，保障采购战略落地，衔接执行与决策，确保业务高效可持续运转。 主要职责 1.梳理采购全流程，识别瓶颈与风险，制定并迭代制度、规范与标准，推动执行并持续优化，提升协同效率； 2.基于业务需求优化采购管理系统，负责日常运维，对接IT解决问题，收集需求推动迭代并开展培训； 3.管理符合条件的招标项目全流程，建立专家库与资源池，规范评审标准，优化流程与模板； 4.搭建内控体系，识别合规风险，制定管控与监督机制，开展合规检查并配合审计监管工作； 5.建立采购运营数据指标体系，收集分析数据，输出报告，为决策提供依据； 6.制定采购团队及岗位绩效指标，跟踪完成情况，分析复盘，提出改进措施。

1.本科及以上学历，理工科等相关专业优先，有CPSM、CPSD等认证者优先。 2.有5～8年一线直采经验，3~5年以上采购运营及采购管理经验，有汽车、数码3C等智能科技背景优先，经历过完整采购流程制度搭建、系统实施或招标管理项目经验，内控风控或采购数据分析经历者优先。 3.具备流程搭建、数据分析、风险管控、沟通协调和项目管理能力，能构建采购运营体系，为决策提供数据支撑，防范采购风险，跨部门推动工作，把控项目进度质量。 4.熟悉采购管理系统实施运维流程，如SRM、ERP等系统，熟悉招投标法律法规及采购政策者优先。 5.责任心、原则性和敬业精神强，抗压能力好，适应多任务并行，有良好职业素养与保密意识。
