The posting

作为CVC团队的核心运营负责人，主导基金从募资到退出的全生命周期运营工作。重点负责基金募资策略执行、基金法律主体设立与维护、LP（有限合伙人）关系拓展及管理，并统筹基金日常运营、合规、税务及投资者沟通等事务，支撑公司战略投资目标的实现。

关键职责：

1. 基金募资与设立 · 协助制定基金募资策略，主导募资材料的准备、路演组织及尽调配合，完成基金首关及最终关闭目标。 · 负责基金法律主体的设立、变更及清算，协调律师、审计师等中介机构完成基金架构设计（包括QFLP、S基金等创新架构）。 · 管理基金注册、备案、资质申请等合规流程，确保符合监管要求（如中基协备案、发改委备案等）。 2. LP拓展与管理 · 开拓并维护各类LP资源（包括政府引导基金、产业资本、家办、险资、金融机构等），建立LP数据库并动态管理。 · 主导LP尽调响应、认购协议谈判及交割流程，定期组织LP年会、投后汇报会及定制化沟通材料。 · 负责LP关系日常维护，处理LP查询、资本调用、分配通知及合规信息披露。 3. 基金整体运营 · 统筹基金财务核算、估值、审计及税务申报工作，监督第三方服务机构工作质量。 · 管理基金现金及流动性，负责资本调用、投资划款、费用核算及收益分配计算。 · 建立并优化基金运营流程与制度（如投资合规审查、反洗钱、档案管理），协同法务风控团队控制运营风险。 · 支持投资组合的投后数据管理，协助被投企业对接基金资源。
