1.全球高端客户来访接待：包括不限于物料筹备、场地布置、资料归档等工作，严格执行接待服务标准，每月复盘高频问题，主动提出优化建议，持续完善接待流程； 2.行程与应急保障：提前对接需求，精准完成餐饮、交通、住宿的预定与确认；接待期间做好现场接待服务支持工作，实时跟进并协调突发状况； 3.重要接待共创落地：配合经理为重要接待提供创意，深度拆解VIP客户来访目的，参与定制专属方案，全程跟进落地执行，保障客户体验与接待目标达成； 4.全球展会、大型活动、发布会的接待统筹和现场支持。

经验要求：具备3年及以上商务接待、客户服务或高端服务行业（如星级酒店、大型企业）工作经验者优先；熟悉商务接待基本流程与礼仪，对智能科技行业感兴趣者，有从0-1行政工作经验者优先。 能力要求： 1)沟通协调能力：善于与客户、内部团队及外部合作方高效沟通，准确理解并传递需求，推动协作； 2)执行闭环能力：响应迅速、责任心强，能主动跟进工作节点，确保各项事务按时高质量完成，不遗漏细节； 3)创意落地能力：具备一定的创新思维，能配合经理为重要接待出谋划策，同时兼具扎实的执行能力，保障方案落地效果； 4)细节管理能力：对接待筹备、行程安排、物资与文档管理等细节高度敏感，能提前预判并化解潜在问题。

素养要求： 1)形象气质佳，英语、粤语、普通话均可作为工作语言，具备良好的商务礼仪与职业素养，善于展现品牌专业形象； 2)积极主动、踏实肯干，能快速适应团队节奏，高效配合上级完成各项工作； 3)具备较强的抗压能力与应变能力，面对突发状况能从容冷静处理，坚守服务初心； 4)熟练使用Office办公软件，能高效完成资料整理、表格制作等工作。

承担主要目标/关键任务 1. 全球高端客户来访接待的策划与统筹，策划与现场执行。 2. 公司大型活动的组织策划与落地执行。 3. 属地内外部接待资源平台搭建，供应商管理。
