职位描述 1、测试脚本开发与维护：编写可复用的测试工具/插件，优化测试流程（如数据驱动、持续集成）； 2、版本质量量化评估：开发机器人和交互的运营指标，用于评价算法和软件性能； 3、语音交互系统测试：设计语音交互场景用例，覆盖ASR（语音识别）、NLU（自然语言理解）、TTS（语音合成）全链路测试； 4、协作与交付：与产品、开发团队协作，参与需求评审、测试计划制定及缺陷跟踪闭环；

1、熟练掌握Python，熟悉常用库例如Requests的使用； 2、了解测试理论（黑盒/白盒测试），具备接口测试工具（Postman、JMeter）使用经验； 3、掌握sql，能够做简单的指标开发和看板搭建；

加分技能 1、语音技术栈：熟悉语音信号处理、语音数据库构建、声纹识别等； 2、专项测试经验：性能测试（Locust）、AI模型验证（如语音指令分类）； 3、DevOps能力：熟悉Docker等工具，支持CI/CD流程集成。
