1. 理解人形机器人的应用需求，综合考虑成本和性能，进行IMU/RGB/RGBD/Lidar等各类传感器的选型； 2. 输出上述传感器的SOR，定义传感器的测试标准和验收指标，并负责与供应商沟通打合，解决相关问题； 3. 根据整机结构和应用需求，与机械部门配合，完成传感器的布局，输出装配要求； 4. 对传感器的量产交付全面负责，按节点要求完成域控的硬件交付，协助软件进行软硬件联调； 5. 协同周边工程领域（含结构、散热、工艺、互连、器件、EMC、安规等），保障整体方案落地，并参与指导系统调测验证、疑难问题解决； 6. 参与到机器人硬件架构设计； 紧跟当前最前沿的传感器技术，并分析导入到项目中可行性；

1. 本科及以上学历，光学或电子类相关专业，2年以上工作经验； 2. 熟悉常见的传感器通讯接口，了解至少两种以上传感器的工作原理； 3. 了解常用的SOC，具备基础的电气能力，能够设计传感器间的时间同步方案； 4. 具备量产产品的传感器选型与应用经验，了解各类传感器常见的失效模式； 5. 了解传感器内外参标定原理与方法，了解ROS2，具备Linux/python/C++经验者更佳；
