1. 执行年度风险评估，制定年度高风险领域审计计划（覆盖销售、采购、供应链、人事、IT、费用、资金等高风险领域），执行第三道防线审计，发掘风险，输出审计报告，推动管理、流程、系统整改闭环，发现舞弊风险时移交调查专家，并参与共同调查，输出反舞弊审计报告； 2. 负责IT审计，发掘系统相关问题，推动IT系统持续优化； 3. 针对内控升级、业务反馈的、商业合规反馈的重大管理问题，启动专项审计，输出审计报告，推动整改优化； 4. 建立集团审计底稿标准、内控检查模板、风险清单，标准化内审工作流程； 5. 灵活支持重大内控、内审、调查、合规宣传项目。

1. 大学本科及以上学历； 2. 五年以上内控、内审、风控等相关工作经验，有制造业背景更佳，必须有甲方经验，firm+inhouse经验最佳； 3. 为人正直，原则性及保密性强，善于沟通，对风险敏感性高。有较强的数据分析、逻辑判断能力。学习能力及抗压能力强； 4. 熟悉COSO框架，SOX合规要求，具备CIA/CPA资格优先； 5. 善于发掘问题，能够通过输出大量高质量审计发现，推动业务改善。
