1. 主导机器人整机软件和算法系统的需求分析， 架构设计、开发和迭代； 2. 负责整机系统性能优化，与硬件部门共同协调关键技术方案设计、技术难点公关； 3. 规划算法系统整体方案及组件的标准化，参与新产品需求及技术预研方案的讨论、系统分析和技术评审工作； 4. 负责与设计相关的技术储备，积极推动技术创新工作开展，参与新技术/标准和新工具/方法的研究和跟踪； 5. 负责分析解决系统级别的软件问题，尤其是耦合了多模块的复杂问题；

1. 硕士及以上学历，拥有5年以上智能硬件类产品研发及团队管理经验，具备软件； 2. 完整的做过量产项目，对感知、规控、SLAM、具身至少一个方面非常专业，其他方面有比较好的理解； 3. 了解SoC架构，了解Linux内核及驱动，精通C/C++，精通操作系统框架、中间件、底层HAL开发； 4. 了解主流算法框架模型，了解机器人或智驾技术原理者优先； 5. 熟悉软件开发过程中的质量管理、版本控制和持续集成/持续部署（CI/CD）等流程。 6. 具备出色的分析问题和解决问题的能力，良好的团队合作精神和沟通能力，能够与不同背景的团队成员有效协作。
