1. 设计对标岗位胜任力的课程体系与认证标准，主导课程开发与课堂管理，建立适配产品快速迭代与场景持续丰富的课程更新机制； 2. 搭建覆盖"需求、日程、接待、课程、讲师、考核、反馈"的标准化培训运营闭环，持续提升培训运营效率； 3. 建设讲师梯队，搭建课程开发与认证考务团队，培养本地化培训专家，实现培训交付能力的标准化复制，支撑业务快速增长期的培训需求； 4. 将培训认证作为业务经营：推动课程产品化，制定定价策略，承担收入目标与渠道拓展； 5. 完善生态伙伴赋能体系，推动培训能力在合作伙伴侧的覆盖与落地，支撑服务生态健康发展。

1. 本科及以上学历，机器人、智能硬件、汽车、3C 渠道等行业培训、认证或赋能体系一号位经验，有培训体系从 0 到 1 的搭建经历； 2. 理解机器人产品技术与应用场景，能设计对标岗位胜任力的课程与认证标准； 3. 带过培训与业务混合型团队，管理过培训预算与收入指标；主导过认证体系整合统一、课程产品化与商业化转型； 4. 有认证生态建设、培训产能快速爬坡匹配业务增长的破局案例； 5. 具备商业思维，关注转化、收入与生态健康度，不以纯成本视角做培训； 6. 长期主义，善于布道与影响，能推动伙伴和内部团队接受标准；对内容质量与一致性有坚持。
