1.深度解读公司销售战略与市场进入策略，制定融合交付、售后服务场景的销售数字化产品中长期蓝图。负责涵盖客户关系管理（CRM）、销售赋能（Sales Enablement）、渠道管理（PRM）、销售运营与分析（Sales Ops & Analytics）、售后管理（ITR）及交付履约管理在内的组合规划与演进路线图，确保技术投入与业务增长目标、客户服务体验目标紧密对齐。 2.作为业务与技术的桥梁，深入一线销售团队、渠道伙伴、售前技术支持、销售运营部门及交付、售后服务团队，洞察复杂销售周期中从订单签订到交付验收、售后维保的全链路核心痛点与增长机会。将销售方法论、市场策略、交付与售后管理诉求，转化为清晰的平台能力规划、产品需求文档及创新的数字化解决方案。 3.主导销售数字化关键平台与产品的从 0 到 1 构建或重构，重点强化交付履约协同、售后服务管理模块的功能设计。核心领域包括但不限于：智能化的线索分配与客户全生命周期管理、销售流程自动化（如报价、合同、订单）、订单交付进度追踪与协同、售后工单管理与服务闭环、客户满意度调研与分析、渠道伙伴协同与赋能平台、销售预测与业绩洞察数据产品。 4.设计并主导销售平台与市场（Marketing）、售后（Service）、交付履约、 财务（Finance）及 ERP 系统的端到端集成，构建覆盖售前 - 售中 - 交付 - 售后的 360 度客户视图与无缝业务流程。作为变革推动者，设计并执行产品推广与赋能计划，驱动销售、交付、售后组织接纳新的数字化工作方式，实现平台价值的最大化渗透。 5.建立覆盖销售、交付、售后全链路的效能度量体系，通过数据洞察销售行为、预测业绩趋势、诊断交付瓶颈、评估售后服务质量。前瞻性探索 AI 与大数据的应用，如销售机会评分、客户流失预警、交付风险预判、售后问题智能派单与解决方案推荐、个性化推荐、智能定价辅助、销售对话分析等，打造具有市场竞争力的智能销售与客户服务能力。

1.有8年以上相关工作经验，其中至少 5 年专注于 To B 销售科技领域，担任 CRM、销售赋能或销售运营产品线的核心产品管理角色，具备丰富的直销、渠道管理、交付履约、售后服务领域数字化项目实操经验。 2.拥有主导或深度参与大型企业（年营收 10 亿人民币以上）销售数字化平台（如 Salesforce、销售易、纷享销客等 CRM 系统）的完整替换、深度定制或规模化成功实践的完整案例，主导或核心参与过交付、售后模块的功能规划与落地优先。 3.深刻理解复杂 To B 销售的全流程（L2C），精通从订单签订到交付验收、售后维保的端到端业务逻辑，熟悉主流销售方法论及销售团队管理体系。 4.具备交付、售后领域业务痛点挖掘与解决方案设计能力，能够结合客户实际需求，推动销售数字化平台与交付、售后系统的集成优化，提升客户全生命周期体验。
