岗位职责 - 研究面向人形机器人及高自由度机器人的灵巧操作与全身智能。 - 探索灵巧手、双臂、身体运动与操作之间的协同学习，提升复杂物理任务执行能力。 - 研究视觉、触觉、力觉及本体感知等多模态信息在机器人操作中的融合与利用。 - 面向精细操作、接触丰富任务和全身操作任务，研究具有泛化能力的机器人策略。 - 推动具身基础模型与高自由度机器人控制结合，并在真实机器人上持续验证和迭代。

任职要求 - 硕士及以上学历，机器人、自动化、计算机、人工智能等相关方向，具备扎实的机器人 / 深度学习基础和良好的代码能力。 - 在机器人操作、灵巧手、人形机器人、全身控制、强化学习或机器人学习中的至少一个方向有较深入经验。 - 有灵巧手、双臂、人形机器人、触觉 / 力觉或 Whole-Body Control 实践经验者优先。 - 具备较强的算法研究与真机实验能力，能够推动算法从训练走向真实机器人验证。 - 有高质量论文、开源项目或同等研究 / 工程成果者优先。
