1. 本科及以上学历，市场营销、工商管理、机械电子、自动化等相关专业优先，具备良好的沟通表达、统筹协调能力。 2. 3年及以上To B端销售管理经验，必须具备高科技或智能制造业从业背景（如工业机器人、智能装备等领域），有成熟销售团队管理经验，曾带领团队达成年度销售目标，熟悉To B端销售流程，机器人行业从业经验者优先。 3. 具备丰富的高科技、智能制造业To B端客户资源，擅长客户开发与维护，具备较强的商务谈判能力和问题解决能力。 4. 对智能制造业、机器人行业有一定认知，能敏锐捕捉行业动态，具备较强的目标感、责任心和团队管理能力。
