算力作为公司最核心的生产资料之一，我们需要一位既懂供应又懂分配的专家，来搭建公司的算力运营体系。你要负责让昂贵的算力“物尽其用”，并在激烈的行业资源竞争中为团队争取最大的弹药储备。 建立全公司算力需求的标准化收集与评估体系，将各业务线的需求转化为可执行的资源参数。 在有限资源的前提下，通过技术和运营手段最大化集群利用率，平衡各业务线的算力需求。 负责算力资源的全生命周期管理，覆盖申请、审批、交付到回收，制定高效的调度策略与资源周转机制。 担任公司与算力资源供应商的核心接口人，与采购协同制定商务策略制定，包括议价、账期谈判、紧缺卡型的争夺与置换升级。 跟进物理机柜的上架、通电、网络打通及验收交付，确保供应链响应速度满足业务急迫性。 建立算力成本核算模型，定期输出算力供需分析报告，推动研发构建算力资源看板，为采购预算和扩容计划提供硬数据支持。

本科及以上学历，计算机科学、工业工程、运筹学、统计学等相关专业优先。 具备资源运营、供应链运营或技术型项目管理经验，有大型互联网公司万卡级集群管理经验者优先。 具备优秀的供应商谈判能力和商务敏感度，能“盘”得动资源，吃得透合同条款，在资源荒中为公司争取利益。 熟悉 AI 训练流程，深刻理解 GPU 资源碎片化、多租户隔离等痛点，能设计合理的资源调度方案。 能够利用 AI 工具，独立处理海量资源数据，通过数据发现资源闲置或瓶颈。 具备极强的 Owner 意识，能在算力紧缺、业务高压下通过沟通和策略解决问题，不卑不亢。
