1.深度解读公司全球化战略、业务模式及智能制造特点，制定与之匹配的财务数字化中长期蓝图与演进路线图。负责财务产品线（涵盖核心财务、管理会计、资金、税务等）的完整生命周期管理与商业成功。 2.充当财务、业务与技术的桥梁。深入财务各职能线（如GL、AP/AR、Costing、Treasury）、业务单元及海外子公司，洞察其核心痛点与高阶价值诉求。将复杂的会计准则、合规要求与业务需求，转化为清晰的平台能力规划、产品需求文档及技术解决方案。 3.主导关键财务数字化产品的从0到1交付与持续迭代。核心领域包括但不限于：财务核算共享平台、智能制造全链路成本管控、业财一体化深度集成方案（与PLM、ERP、MES、SRM）、司库与现金流智能预测、管理报表与数据产品。 4.设计并主导财务平台与公司核心业务系统（如SAP、Oracle等ERP，及自研业务系统）的集成架构。作为变革推动者，设计产品上线推广策略，为财务团队提供深度赋能，确保新流程与新系统的顺利落地与高效使用。 5.建立财务数字化产品的价值度量体系，量化其对流程效率、数据质量、风险控制及决策支持带来的提升。持续追踪财务科技发展趋势，探索RPA、AI（在智能审单、风险预警、自动报告等场景）与大数据技术的应用，驱动平台智能化升级。

1.财务、会计、信息管理、计算机等相关专业本科及以上学历。 2.8年以上相关工作经验，其中至少5年专注于财务领域（FICO/财务管控）的财务数字化产品经理经验，有业财一体化项目集成经验优先。 3.具备主导或深度参与大型集团企业（尤其是制造业）核心财务系统（如SAP S/4HANA、Oracle EBS/云财务模块）的完整替换、升级或重大数字化项目成功的实战案例。 4.深入理解至少一款主流ERP的财务模块设计逻辑与配置，具备出色的业务流程分析、产品架构设计与复杂系统集成方案设计能力。
