一、岗位定位：负责机器人文娱文旅全场景演艺内容、IP文创体系的搭建、创新与标准化迭代，为商业商演、文旅景区、沉浸式体验馆、影视合作场景提供核心内容能力，赋能中小项目快速落地，反向牵引产品内容工具迭代与机器人硬件表演能力优化。 二、岗位职责 （一）全场景内容创意与落地 负责机器人全品类演艺内容创作落地，涵盖节目编导、舞蹈编排、剧情脚本创作、服化道设计、舞美创意设计等模块，适配文旅巡演、商业商演、沉浸式体验、影视联动等多元场景；统筹机器人IP人设塑造、故事体系搭建及文创周边策划，打造公司机器人文娱差异化核心竞争力。 （二）内容标准化库建设与迭代 搭建并持续迭代机器人标准化节目内容库，完成内容分类、分级、模块化封装与统一管控；输出轻量化标准内容包，支撑一线中小项目快速谈单、快速落地，降低项目定制成本；结合市场反馈与项目落地痛点，持续优化节目形态、内容质量与IP体系。 （三）跨部门协同与产品迭代牵引 配合重大高端项目完成定制化内容创意输出与落地指导；梳理内容适配、硬件表演性能、内容工具平台现存痛点，反向牵引研发与产品线迭代优化，补齐业务能力短板，完善内容业务闭环。

1. 学历专业 本科及以上学历，编导、影视戏剧、舞蹈编导、舞美设计、IP文创、新媒体内容等相关专业优先。 2. 工作经验 2年及以上文娱文旅演艺、IP文创、内容策划相关工作经验，端到端项目全盘管理经验，具备机器人演艺、沉浸式文旅内容体系搭建经验者优先。 3. 核心能力 精通演艺内容全流程创作与舞美落地，具备优秀的创意思维、审美能力与项目统筹能力；具备内容产品化、标准化沉淀思维，深度理解文娱文旅场景核心需求；具备出色的跨部门协同能力与重大项目攻坚能力，结果导向、抗压性强。 4. 加分项 拥有大型文旅演艺、机器人商演、虚拟人IP打造成功落地案例；熟悉机器人表演逻辑、灵创内容工具平台操作者优先。
