1、基础能力 -掌握sql，能够做的指标开发和看板搭建 -掌握python，熟悉常用库，例如：pyspark，requests，pytest的使用 2、加分技能 -熟悉语音交互流程和测试：覆盖ASR（语音识别）、NLU（自然语言理解）、TTS（语音合成） -熟悉Docker等工具，支持CI/CD流程集成 3、软性素质 -责任心强，能独立承担模块测试任务并推动问题解决。 -适应快节奏项目，具备跨团队沟通与多任务并行处理能力。
