岗位概述 从 0 到 1 搭建集团端到端的学习发展与培训体系，匹配业务战略输出分层分类的人才培养方案，解决公司快速发展期培训能力不足、核心人才能力提升无体系的问题，支撑组织能力升级。 岗位职责 1. 结合公司战略与业务人才现状，搭建分层分类学习发展体系，聚焦技术、骨干、管理序列技能提升，诊断能力短板并转化为系统性学习方案。 2. 主导培训课程研发与教学设计，定制一体化人才培养项目；挖掘培养内部讲师，搭建并持续迭代课程资源库与学习素材库。 3. 负责各类学习项目全流程运营落地，统筹内外部资源，联动线上线下学习平台，搭建培训效果评估闭环，持续优化项目质量。 4. 输出学习数据报告，沉淀方法论与工具模板，联动业务、HRBP 推动学习成果落地；对标行业最佳实践，持续优化培养模式。 5. 探索 AI 在课程开发、学习路径设计、效果评估等场景的落地应用，落地 AI for HR 相关实践，提升学习发展运营效率。

1. 本科及以上学历，985/211 院校毕业有互联网大厂、AI、机器人、高端制造、车企等行业经验优先。，人力资源、心理学、工商管理等相关专业，具备扎实的逻辑思维与学习能力。 2. 10 年及以上企业学习发展 / 培训 COE 相关工作经验，具备课程开发、方案设计、项目操盘完整经历；有互联网大厂、AI、机器人、高端制造、车企等行业经验优先。 3. 精通成人教学设计，擅长技能类、技术类课程研发与专项培养方案定制，具备完整的从 0 到 1 搭建集团级学习培训体系的项目经验。 4. 具备优秀的业务洞察、跨部门沟通与推动能力，逻辑清晰，擅长方案撰写、复盘迭代与经验沉淀。 5. 抗压能力强，适应快节奏创业环境，愿意深入理解技术业务，赋能核心人才成长；主动关注 AI 在 HR 领域的应用，有相关实践经验优先。 加分项： 有华为、腾讯、阿里、字节等头部企业人力 COE / 学习发展从业经历；熟悉数字化学习平台运营与 AI 学习工具应用者优先。
