面向具身机器人等关键行业AI应用场景，围绕自主导航与定位、环境感知与语义建图、VLA/WAM等方向，参与关键算法设计、软件开发、真机调试和性能优化，推动具身智能前沿算法和系统落地。 1、研发面向室内外复杂场景的自主导航算法，包括全局路径规划、局部轨迹规划、运动约束建模、目标点到达、路径跟踪与重规划等能力，支持机器人在开放、动态、非结构化环境中的稳定运行。 2、投入环境感知与语义建图算法研究，设计并优化视觉 / 视觉惯性 SLAM 系统：前端跟踪、IMU 紧耦合、回环检测、BA 与位姿图优化、重定位与地图复用，提升机器人对复杂真实环境的空间理解能力。 3、负责机器人在动态人群、多障碍物、狭窄通道、未知环境等场景下的避障与局部决策算法，结合规则方法、优化方法、学习方法等技术路线，提升机器人移动过程中的安全性、舒适性和鲁棒性。 4、参与机器人抓取、放置、搬运、工具使用、人机协作等操作算法研发，结合视觉感知、动作规划、强化学习/模仿学习等方法，提高机器人在真实任务中的泛化能力和执行成功率。 5、持续跟踪具身智能、VLA、世界模型、端到端导航与操作等前沿方向，结合业务场景提出创新性技术方案，并推动关键算法在实际系统中验证和落地。 职位要求 1、计算机、人工智能、软件工程、自动化、电子、数学等相关专业本科、硕士、博士； 2、出色的问题分析和解决能力，自主探索新解决方案的能力强; 3、具有机器人多模感知、路径规划、运动控制、建图定位相关算法研究和开发经历； 4、熟悉机器人感知、SLAM、路径规划、运动控制、强化学习、模仿学习、视觉语言模型等一个或多个方向 5、具备较强的新技术和新架构研究能力，可快速跟踪洞察业界最前沿AI领域技术；
