1、数据全生命周期平台搭建：聚焦具身智能业务场景，牵头设计并落地覆盖数据采集、标注、挖掘、分析、存储及复用的全流程数据服务中台，核心打造一站式、高自由度且灵活适配的解决方案，确保各模块高效协同，精准响应研发、测试、落地等不同阶段的差异化数据需求。 2、核心模块产品设计：主导数据采集（多源异构数据接入、实时/离线采集策略适配）、数据标注（自动化工具研发、人工标注流程优化、质量校验体系搭建）、数据挖掘（特征工程构建、关联规律提炼）、数据分析（可视化工具迭代、自定义分析模型封装）等核心模块，完成需求拆解、原型设计、PRD输出全流程，平衡功能完整性与用户易用性。 3、AI SaaS Agent化落地：基于LLM、RAG、NLP等AI技术，规划平台智能化演进路线，分阶段推动现有SaaS数据服务Agent化改造，实现智能需求理解、自动任务调度、自主问题排查、个性化服务推送等核心能力，持续提升平台智能化水平与用户操作效率。 4、项目落地与跨团队协同：统筹数据平台从需求立项到上线落地的全流程管理，协调研发、算法、测试、业务等跨部门资源，高效解决技术瓶颈、资源冲突、需求变更等问题，保障产品按质按量按期交付。 5、产品运营与体验迭代：以用户视角制定产品推广与运营策略，搭建完善的用户体验反馈机制（含调研访谈、反馈收集、闭环跟进），持续追踪用户使用数据与业务反馈，迭代优化产品功能与交互，强化产品行业影响力，提升用户粘性。 6、技术与业务深度融合：深耕具身智能业务逻辑，联动技术团队探索数据平台与AI技术（LLM微调、Prompt优化、RAG、Agent）的融合场景，输出兼顾业务价值与技术可行性的产品方案，支撑业务规模化扩张。

1、本科及以上学历，工科相关专业优先，计算机科学、电子工程、自动化、数据科学等专业为佳。 2、5年以上数据领域产品相关经验，具备扎实的产品规划、设计与项目落地能力，曾参与或主导过数据平台核心模块（采集、标注、分析、中台等）建设，对数据中台的架构设计、服务模式及落地路径有深刻理解；有自动驾驶、大模型相关业务经验者优先。 3、具备扎实的数据基础，了解数据仓库架构及核心原理，熟练掌握数据采集、数据标注、数据分析的基本原理、方法论与常用工具，能结合具身智能业务场景设计合理的数据流转与处理方案。 4、熟悉AI核心技术，重点掌握LLM（微调、Prompt设计）、RAG、NLP等领域基础知识，了解Agent技术的核心逻辑、技术栈及应用场景，有AI+数据平台、Agent相关项目经验者加分。 5、具备优秀的沟通协调与团队协作能力，能高效联动跨部门团队推进工作；同时具备较强的产品运营思维，善于从用户视角优化产品，建立完善的反馈与迭代机制，持续提升产品体验。 6、逻辑思维清晰，具备较强的需求拆解、问题分析与解决能力，对具身智能、数据中台领域的技术趋势与业务痛点有敏锐洞察力，能平衡技术可行性与业务价值。 7、熟练使用Axure、墨刀等原型设计工具，具备优质的文档撰写能力，可输出规范、详尽的PRD、原型图及产品规划文档。
