岗位职责 1. 负责人形机器人平台整体产品规划、需求分析、方案设计，输出PRD、原型、交互方案，定义平台核心能力、业务流程、接口规范。 2. 对齐机器人本体、算法、现场业务、交付项目需求，梳理多机器人协同编队、阵型变换、远程遥操作、状态监控、任务下发、故障告警等核心产品能力。 3. 深度对接研发、测试、现场交付团队，推动需求落地、版本迭代，跟进开发、联调、现场验证全流程，解决项目推进中的产品侧问题。 4. 调研行业群控、远程遥操竞品，结合业务场景做技术产品权衡，持续迭代平台体验、稳定性、可运维能力，支撑大型展演、批量机器人调度等复杂业务场景。 5. 管理产品Backlog，输出版本规划，组织需求评审、方案评审，沉淀产品文档、操作手册，协同对外对接输出平台能力说明。 6. 识别产品风险，提前评估现场网络、定位、通信丢包、大数量机器人并发等场景下的产品约束，推动风险闭环。

任职要求 1. 3‑5年B端平台产品经理经验，有物联网/机器人/调度平台/中控系统产品经验优先，有人形机器人群控、遥操相关经验加分。 2. 熟练输出PRD、原型图，熟悉多设备并发调度、实时通信、远程控制类产品设计，理解WebSocket、流媒体、设备状态管理基础概念。 3. 具备复杂系统拆解能力，能够处理多机协同、高并发、现场环境不稳定下的产品方案设计。 4. 良好跨部门推动能力，能和算法、硬件、前后端、测试、现场交付高效协同，抗压能力强，可支撑重点项目紧急迭代。 5. 逻辑清晰，善于从业务痛点提炼产品能力，有大型活动、展演类项目产品落地经验优先。
