1. 负责搭建公司数据合规法律体系，制定公司数据合规相关标准；负责处理公司数据合规、个人信息保护相关法律事务，起草、审核数据处理协议、隐私政策、数据授权协议等法律文件； 2. 持续跟踪国内外数据保护立法动态及监管趋势，及时向产品、研发、运营、商务等团队输出法律分析、风险评估与合规建议； 3. 定期组织面向员工的数据合规法律合规培训及制度宣导，持续提升全员合规意识及法治素养； 4. 负责其他相关部门关于数据合规的法律咨询并输出法律意见；

1. 全日制法律或法学硕士及以上学历，通过国家统一法律职业资格考试； 2. 具备5年以上大型企业法务或者知名律所工作相关岗位工作经验； 3. 英语听说能力优秀，能以英语作为工作语言熟练处理各类法律事务； 4. 熟悉国内外数据合规法律体系，熟悉数据全生命周期的法律合规实践； 5. 具备出色的逻辑思维与风险识别能力，优秀的书面表达与跨部门沟通协调能力。
