1. 参与新项目模具结构和工艺评审，对模具结构、工艺的合理性提出意见； 2. 负责模具开发计划及进度方案的制订和协调，跟踪检查模具生产制造过程的质量、进度情况，并负责反馈模具项目情况； 3. 督促模具厂反馈进度计划表及制造过程中项目实施进程，协调解决制造中出现的各种问题； 4. 监控新模具的验证和试模全过程，作好模具试模问题点记录； 5. 负责跟进解决生产现场注塑、压铸技术工艺、质量异常问题和持续改进； 6. 组织召开模具项目总结会，并形成项目总结和项目归档建立模具档案；

1. 本科及以上学历，机械类相关专业，熟悉模具设计； 2. 有5年以上精密塑胶模具、压铸模具项目管理经验，熟悉模具开发流程，能独立完成相关标准要求及项目文件的编制开发； 3. 熟练掌握相关技术软件AutoCAD、UG、CREO等. 4. 熟练掌握材料物性，熟悉模具结构； 5. 具有较强的主动性、执行力，沟通能力强，团队合作精神佳。
