岗位定位 负责擎天租加盟商线上内容矩阵的搭建、培训、陪跑和管理，核心目标是帮助加盟商通过本地短视频持续获得客户线索。 该岗位不是单纯做内容，而是要推动加盟商建立自己的本地获客能力。重点以抖音同城矩阵为主，同时辅助搭建小红书、视频号等内容渠道，让加盟商的线下活动、现场案例、客户交付和机器人表演内容能够持续在线上曝光，并形成线索转化。 核心目标 搭建一套加盟商可执行、总部可管理、内容可持续、线索可回收的合伙人短视频获客矩阵。 核心职责 1. 加盟商矩阵搭建 搭建以抖音同城为主，小红书、视频号为辅的本地内容矩阵，明确账号定位、发布节奏和内容方向。 2. 加盟商内容陪跑 提供选题、脚本、拍摄建议、发布指导和内容优化建议，推动加盟商持续发布短视频。 3. 现场素材收集 推动合伙人把线下活动、机器人表演、客户交付、商场引流、会展巡游等现场素材持续收集并回传总部。 4. 发布过程管理 跟进内容发布进度，提升发布频率、执行率和内容合格率。 5. 线索反馈与问题跟进 跟踪内容带来的咨询、留资和客户反馈，发现执行问题并推动改进。 6. 优秀案例沉淀 挖掘优秀加盟商案例，沉淀可复制的脚本模板、内容模板、素材标准和本地获客打法。 7. 账号环境管理协同 配合公司建立稳定、合规、可管理的账号运营环境，保障加盟商矩阵能够持续健康运营。

任职要求 1. 有短视频运营、加盟商运营、连锁门店运营、本地生活运营或招商加盟运营经验。 2. 熟悉抖音同城、小红书、视频号等平台的内容逻辑。 3. 能和老板型客户、合伙人、渠道商进行高频沟通。 4. 具备培训、陪跑、督导和过程管理能力。 5. 理解本地获客，不只看播放量，更关注咨询量、留资量和有效线索。 6. 执行力强，能盯过程、催进度、拿结果。 7. 有加盟商矩阵、门店矩阵、同城矩阵运营经验优先。 考核指标 1. 合伙人矩阵账号搭建数量。 2. 合伙人短视频发布数量。 3. 合伙人内容合格率。 4. 合伙人内容带来的咨询量和有效线索量。 5. 合伙人素材回传数量和质量。 6. 每月沉淀的优秀案例、脚本模板和可复用素材数量。
