1. 主导具身智能解决方案设计，聚焦人形机器人动作编排、协同控制、场景化演绎，结合需求设计技术方案，明确硬件选型、软件架构、算法适配等核心环节，输出完整解决方案文档。 2. 负责具身智能核心技术落地，包括人形机器人动作捕捉与复刻、运动控制优化、环境感知（视觉/力控）集成、多机器人协同交互等，解决方案落地过程中的技术难点，确保机器人动作流畅、协同精准、场景适配。 3. 对接人形机器人硬件（伺服驱动、传感器、执行器等）与具身智能软件模块，完成软硬件协同调试，优化机器人动作响应速度、姿态精度，达成好的舞蹈、动作演绎效果，保障场景演示的稳定性。 4. 参与项目全流程，从需求对接、方案评审、技术开发、现场调试到最终落地演示，协同算法、硬件、控制等团队，推动解决方案高效落地，确保项目按时交付、达到预期演示效果。 5. 针对节庆演绎、商业展示、文旅互动等场景，优化具身智能解决方案，结合场景需求调整机器人动作编排、交互逻辑，提升方案的观赏性与体验感，打造差异化场景解决方案。 6. 跟踪具身智能领域前沿技术（人形机器人控制、动作生成、多模态感知等），结合项目需求进行技术预研与创新，优化现有解决方案，提升技术竞争力。 7. 沉淀具身智能解决方案实施经验，编写技术手册、调试指南，负责项目技术复盘，推动解决方案的标准化、可复用，支撑后续同类场景（如人形机器人协同演绎）快速落地。 8. 负责现场落地演示的技术支持，解决演示过程中的突发技术问题，保障演示顺利完成，同时收集反馈，持续优化解决方案。

1. 本科及以上学历，计算机科学、机器人工程、自动化、电子信息、人工智能等相关专业，。 2. 了解人形机器人硬件架构（伺服电机、激光雷达、摄像头、力传感器等），能对接硬件设备，完成驱动适配与调试，确保动作复刻、协同控制的精准性。 3 具备较强的方案设计、技术攻坚与问题排查能力，能独立解决解决方案落地过程中的动作卡顿、协同失效、感知异常等各类技术问题。 4. 熟悉节庆演绎、商业展示等场景的需求特点，能结合场景优化解决方案，有类似人形机器人场景化落地（如舞蹈、互动演绎）经验者优先。 5. 具备良好的文档编写、跨部门沟通与项目管理能力，能高效协同多团队推进项目落地，工作严谨细致，有较强的责任心与抗压能力。
