职位要求 1、工作经验：具有 5 年以上整机产品经验，3 年以上商用清洁机器人领域工作背景，熟悉商用清洁机器人的市场环境、技术发展趋势和产品特点。 2、技术背景：具备扎实的机器人技术知识，熟悉机器人的运动控制、导航定位、传感器技术等，能够与研发团队进行有效的技术沟通和协作。 3、管理能力：具备优秀的团队管理能力和项目管理能力，能够带领团队高效完成工作任务，具备良好的组织协调能力和沟通能力，能够跨部门协调资源，推动项目顺利进行。 4、市场洞察力：对市场趋势和客户需求有敏锐的洞察力，能够准确把握市场机会，制定有效的产品策略。 5、创新能力：具有创新思维，能够不断提出新的产品理念和解决方案，推动产品的创新发展。
