1. 负责梳理公司各类场地需求，形成选址需求书，形成目标城市/园区市场研究报告； 2. 组织候选楼宇的搜寻、踏勘与比选：输出踏勘报告，组织 test fit 平面试排以验证面积效率与功能适配，从区位与人才可达性、楼宇条件、租赁条件、交付周期、扩租与退出弹性等维度做多方案比选，组织技术与合规尽调； 3. 做好中介代理公司管理，推进意向书/主要条款与租约谈判，配合法务完成审阅与签署； 4. 对接业主完成场地移交，打通与 IT、安防、行政、EHS、业务团队的交付界面，完成验收、缺陷整改、搬迁与入驻； 5. 建立租约台账与关键日期管理，支撑后续扩租、续租与退出决策； 6. 完成使用后评估与项目复盘，把海内外选址、租赁与交付经验回流为总部标准：选址评估模板、技术尽调清单、租赁条款底线、供应商池。

1. 本科及以上学历，房地产、工程管理、商科等相关专业； 2. 5年以上租户侧不动产经验（企业不动产/CRE、租户代理/tenant representation等），以办公、研发类物业为主；主导过国内完整租赁交易及装修交付全流程，有海外场地从需求、选址到签约的项目经验者优先；大型互联网公司相关置业岗位的优先考虑； 3. 熟悉租赁核心条款与交易语汇，了解海外相关核心交付语汇，能独立完成租赁方案的条款比选与测算； 4. 英语交流佳，能直接与海外业主、经纪、律师、PM与总包沟通和谈判； 5. 能接受国内外出差。
