1、统筹海内外社交媒体矩阵日常运营，覆盖微信公众号、小红书、B 站、抖音、Twitter/X、LinkedIn、YouTube 等平台，负责内容策划、文案撰写、素材产出、账号运维与用户互动，持续提升品牌声量与粉丝粘性。 2、紧扣行业热点、品牌节点与产品节奏，策划并落地新媒体营销活动，打造爆款内容，强化品牌在科技 / AI 领域的传播力。 3、负责全平台数据监测、效果复盘与策略优化，定期输出运营报告，用数据驱动内容迭代与增长。 4、协同品牌、公关、产品营销团队，完成品牌活动、产品发布、海外传播等项目的新媒体落地，保障品牌形象统一、传播高效。

1、大专及以上学历，市场营销、新媒体、广告、新闻传播等相关专业，3 年以上新媒体全平台运营经验，有科技 / AI / 机器人 / 硬件行业背景优先。 2、精通国内主流新媒体平台玩法，同时熟悉海外社交平台运营规则；有海外留学 / 工作背景，或具备海外社媒运营经验者优先。 3、优秀内容策划与文案功底，能精准把握 ToB 科技品牌调性，产出高传播、高专业度内容。 4、具备数据思维与复盘能力，可通过数据分析优化选题、互动与转化效果。 5、执行力强、响应快，能适配多平台、多任务并行的工作节奏。
