1. 统筹产品全生命周期交付管理（售前支持→部署→验收→转维），制定并持续完善交付标准与验收规范，在业务快速上量背景下保障交付时效与交付质量； 2. 搭建跨地域、多业务形态的项目管理体系（里程碑、风险、成本），建设可扩展与业务增长节奏匹配的交付保障体系，推动标准在各区域落地； 3. 建设从合同到验收的全链路收入质量管控体系，将合规管理与闭环责任嵌入交付流程，持续提升收入质量； 4. 主导交付模式由自营向生态协同转型，推动结算模式优化与交付流程数字化，培育合作伙伴交付能力； 5. 建设区域交付能力，通过标准输出与赋能考核机制，推动区域交付体系化运转； 6. 规划全球交付布局，主导海外交付体系建设与本地化落地，支撑全球业务布局落地。

1. 本科及以上学历，机器人、智能硬件、汽车、装备制造等行业 8 年以上交付管理经验，3 年以上全球或多区域交付体系职能负责人经历； 2. 带过交付、质量与伙伴协同的复合型团队，有区域赋能与考核机制设计经验； 3. 主导过交付模式变革（如自营转生态、结算模式优化、交付流程数字化），有大规模复杂交付体系从 0 到 1 的搭建经验，含海外区域破局案例；有单量激增、资源紧张高并发、复杂场景或海外从零起步场景下交付体系从 0 到 1 的破局案例； 4. 具备商业思维，理解交付与收入确认、成本结构的关系；体系思维强，善于把经验沉淀为标准、流程与工具； 5. 韧性强，能在高强度、多并发、不确定环境下守住交付质量底线；具备优秀的跨部门、跨文化沟通与影响力； 6. 英语可作为工作语言，有海外工作经验者优先。
