岗位职责： 1. 全面管理公司文化仓库收货‑上架‑库位‑拣货‑复核‑打包‑发货‑售后退货‑盘点全链路，覆盖公司文化周边、礼品物料等多品类； 2. 负责多地域多场景订单履约，保障日常及节日福利季、周边新品发售、活动高峰期间订单按时发出； 3. 管理ERP/WMS等库存系统，管控库存准确率，定期盘点，处理库存差异； 4. 支持周边产品对内发放（员工福利、部门领用、内购平台）与对外售卖（电商/合作伙伴等渠道订单）双模式运营。 岗位要求： 1. 本科及以上学历，2年以上仓库全盘管理经验； 2. 熟悉ERP/WMS等仓储系统，熟练Excel； 3. 熟悉仓库作业流程，有多品类SKU管理经验； 4. 具备较强成本意识和服务意识，善于流程优化与跨部门沟通； 5. 有周边仓、行政物资仓、礼品仓或电商小件仓经验优先。

承担主要目标/关键任务 1. 仓库全流程运营管理 （1）全面负责文化仓库收货、上架、库位规划、拣货、复核、打包、发货、售后退货、盘点全链路 （2）覆盖文化周边、礼品物料、节日福利品等多品类管理 （3）制定和优化仓储SOP，负责多品类SKU的精细化管理，持续提升作业效率和准确率 2. 订单履约管理 （1）负责多场景订单履约：员工福利、部门领用、内购平台、电商订单、合作伙伴订单等 （2）保障日常及节日福利季、周边新品发售、活动高峰期间订单按时发出 （3）管控发货指标：发货及时率、订单差错率、错发漏发、破损率 3. 库存与系统管理 （1）管理WMS/ERP等库存系统，确保系统数据与实物库存一致 （2）定期盘点：日抽盘、循环盘、月度全盘，及时处理盘盈盘亏，闭环差异 （3）监控库存健康度：滞销品、残次品的梳理和处理推动，高值品/限量款的专项管理 4. 双模式运营支持 （1）支持对内发放模式：员工福利发放、部门领用、内购平台订单处理 （2）支持对外售卖模式：电商渠道订单、合作伙伴订单、礼品定制订单 （3）平衡不同订单类型的优先级，确保关键订单优先处理，处理各类发货异常 5. 现场与成本管理 （1）仓库5S管理：库区划分、标识清晰、现场整洁、通道通畅 （2）安全管理：消防安全、货品安全、人员操作安全 （3）成本管控：耗材成本、货品损耗的控制和优化
