1、面向人形机器人交互与部署态场景，负责端侧视觉感知算法研发：人/物检测、分割、跟踪、ReID、关键点/姿态、手势、深度/位姿等能力建设。 2、构建主交互对象锁定与切换机制：多目标管理、遮挡恢复、视线/指向/手势线索融合，提升长时稳定跟踪与交互一致性。 3、建设数据与评测闭环：场景覆盖、难例挖掘、标注规范、回放评测、回归测试与线上指标监控（稳定性、误检漏检、ID切换、时延等）。 4、与多模态理解、规划、动作/运控、工程平台协作联调，打通“看—理解—行动”链路，支撑业务POC与落地。 5、跟踪前沿并快速验证：轻量化检测/分割/跟踪、视频理解、3D感知等，输出预研报告与可落地原型。

1、计算机视觉/机器学习/机器人相关背景，本科及以上；具备检测/分割/跟踪/姿态等方向研发经验。 2、扎实的CV基础与工程能力：熟悉常见网络结构与训练范式，掌握数据增强、损失设计、难例分析与调参方法。 3、熟练 Python/C++，熟悉 PyTorch；具备端侧部署意识（算力/功耗/时延），能定位性能瓶颈并优化。 4、能将问题指标化：明确验收口径，设计对照实验与评测体系，并在真实场景持续迭代提升效果与稳定性。 5、具备良好的跨团队协作与交付能力。

加分项 1、有机器人真实场景经验：弱光/逆光/动态模糊/多人干扰/快速运动/长时运行的鲁棒性优化。 2、有多传感器融合经验：RGB-D/双目/IMU/雷达，或SLAM/VO/位姿估计相关经验。 3、有模型压缩与推理加速经验：TensorRT/ONNX、量化/蒸馏、端侧算子优化。 4、论文/专利/开源贡献，或主导过从0-1到部署的视觉感知项目。
