1. 负责具身智能/机器人项目的端到端交付管理，包括项目启动、交付计划、现场部署、客户沟通、问题跟踪、试运行、验收和复盘。 2. 作为客户交付窗口，协调客户业务、现场运营、IT/OT、设备、安环、采购等相关方，保障项目交付顺利推进。 3. 制定项目交付计划，明确里程碑、交付范围、客户配合事项、现场资源、验收标准和风险预案。 4. 组织并推动现场实施工作，包括设备进场、环境准备、系统部署、联调测试、现场培训、试运行支持和问题闭环。 5. 管理项目交付过程中的范围、进度、风险、变更和客户预期，及时识别延期、资源不足、需求变更、现场条件不满足等风险。 6. 协同技术项目经理、TD、研发、产品线、生态伙伴和运营团队，推动现场问题快速定位、升级和解决。 7. 负责交付过程文档，包括项目计划、会议纪要、问题清单、风险清单、变更记录、验收材料、培训材料和复盘报告。 8. 推动交付 SOP 建设，将项目现场经验沉淀为标准流程、检查清单、部署手册、验收模板和伙伴交付规范。 9. 支持 1→N 规模化复制，提升相同/相似场景的交付效率、质量一致性和客户满意度。 10. 协同生态和运营团队，对外部交付伙伴进行赋能、过程管理和质量评估，推动伙伴具备标准化交付能力。

1. 本科及以上学历，专业不限；自动化、机械、电子、计算机、工业工程、项目管理等相关背景优先。 2. 3 年以上 ToB 项目交付、实施交付、系统集成、智能硬件、工业自动化、机器人或企业软件项目管理经验。 3. 熟悉企业级项目交付流程，具备项目启动、计划管理、现场实施、客户沟通、风险管理、验收交付和项目复盘经验。 4. 具备较强客户沟通能力和现场协调能力，能面对客户业务负责人、技术团队、现场人员和管理层进行有效沟通。 5. 具备良好的项目节奏感，能管理多方资源、复杂现场条件、需求变更和交付风险。 6. 具备基础技术理解能力，能够理解机器人部署、软硬件联调、系统集成、接口对接、现场环境约束等基本内容。 7. 具备较强文档能力和流程沉淀能力，能输出清晰的项目计划、问题清单、验收材料、SOP 和复盘报告。 8. 结果导向，执行力强，抗压能力强，能够适应客户现场出差和高强度交付节奏。 9. 有机器人、智能制造、工业自动化、AI 项目、IoT、智能硬件、仓储物流、巡检、制造产线等场景交付经验者优先。 10. 有生态伙伴管理、区域交付管理、海外项目交付经验者优先。
