一、KA客户攻坚与销售转化 1.联合攻坚：与内部销售团队紧密配合，针对海外KA客户（全球500强、跨国连锁集团、头部科研机构等）进行联合拜访与业务拓展。 2.需求挖掘：深入理解客户业务痛点与使用场景，将其转化为具身机器人产品+数据服务的具体解决方案。 3.全流程推进：主导或深度参与KA客户的销售全周期，包括产品演示、方案讲解、商务谈判、后期执行，确保销售目标达成。 4.高层关系维护：建立并维护KA客户高层决策链关系，提升客户粘性，挖掘复购与增购机会。 二、跨部门资源整合与协调 1.内部资源拉通：作为客户声音的第一责任人，拉通产品、项目、研发等内部团队，确保解决方案具备技术可行性与商业竞争力。 2.项目落地协同：在合同签署后，协调各部门完成项目交付，保障客户满意度，实现从销售到交付的平稳过渡。 3.信息反馈：定期组织内部复盘会议，向产品及研发团队反馈海外KA客户的核心需求，推动产品与数据服务迭代优化。 三、市场洞察与策略反馈 1.竞品分析：在攻坚过程中，持续收集竞争对手（尤其是海外本土机器人公司）的动态及优劣势，为定价策略与产品差异化提供一手信息。 2.标杆复制：协助销售团队对成功的大型KA案例进行复盘总结，形成可复用的销售工具包，助力区域市场快速复制推广。

1. 经验与背景 本科及以上学历，机器人，AI，计算机、自动化或理工科背景优先。 10-15年工作经验，其中至少5年以上智能硬件、机器人、AI解决方案、企业级SaaS或自动化设备的海外大客户销售/业务拓展经验。 具备成功攻克海外KA客户的实战案例（单笔订单金额千万级人民币以上）。 深度了解机器人市场，对机器人数据业务（如数据采集、远程运维、AI训练数据服务等）有清晰认知者优先。 2. 专业技能 语言能力：流利的商务英语（必须），能独立主导海外客户高层会议及复杂商业谈判；有第三语言（如日语、德语、西班牙语）加分。 方案能力：具备解决方案式销售思维，能快速理解具身机器人的技术逻辑，并将其转化为客户可感知的价值主张。 商务能力：精通KA销售方法论，熟悉海外商业惯例，优秀的Presentation及标书制作能力。 3. 软性素质 协同能力：极强的跨部门沟通与协调能力，能在复杂组织中推动协作。 结果导向：目标感强，抗压能力强，对销售数字与业务增长负责。 适应高频出差：能接受每月1-2次海外出差，具备跨文化工作适应性。

【加分项】 有机器人数据平台、云服务、物联网平台相关销售经验。 在欧美、日韩、中东等区域有现成KA客户资源。 有从0到1搭建海外业务体系或团队管理经验。
