1. 为公司的境内外投融资项目提供全方面法律支持，包括不限于参与交易结构的设计及方案执行，参与法律尽职调查，起草、审核相关法律文件等； 2. 研究有关法律法规，为集团公司投融资决策提供法律上可行性、合法性的分析和建设; 3. 与公司内部业务团队保持高效沟通，协同推进项目进程； 4. 参与已投资项目的投后管理工作，负责项目资料文件的归档审核，并定期跟踪被投企业的履约情况，提示项目风险； 5. 对公司的各项业务活动提供法律支持及协助，建立健全公司法律合规体系建设，防范法律风险； 6. 协助法务部门完成其他公司经营、合规、安全等相关的法律事务。

1. 全日制法律或法学硕士以上学历，本硕均为法律相关专业，通过国家统一法律职业资格考试； 2. 5年以上投融资法律工作经验，有知名律所或企业相关经验者优先； 3. 熟悉投融资、私募基金、跨境投资等实践操作； 4. 英语听说能力优秀，能以英语作为工作语言； 5. 具有较强的人际沟通能力与跨部门协作能力，能独立开展工作并有效推动解决实际问题； 6. 责任心强，逻辑思维能力强，具备较强的风险识别及问题解决能力。
