1. 紧密配合ID（工业设计）团队，完成产品结构方案设计、3D建模及2D工程图输出，确保结构设计与外观设计高度契合。 2. 负责产品电子元件堆叠规划，合理布局PCB、电池、传感器等部件，优化内部空间利用率，满足功能集成需求。 3. 主导产品散热方案设计与验证，通过结构优化（如散热通道、散热片装配）保障产品长期稳定运行，避免过热风险。 4. 开展结构强度与刚性分析，通过仿真或物理测试验证，确保产品在运输、使用等场景下抗摔、抗压、抗形变，符合可靠性标准。 5. 深入了解注塑、冲压、CNC等成型工艺特性，在设计中规避工艺风险，确保结构件可高效生产，兼顾成本与质量。 6. 主导产品装配工艺设计，优化结构装配路径，减少装配工序与误差，提升生产效率，保障产品可装配性与可维护性。 7. 跟进样品制作、试产及量产全流程，解决结构相关问题，输出技术文档（如BOM、结构规范），推动设计方案落地。

1. 本科及以上学历，机械设计、材料工程、工业设计等相关专业，3年以上消费电子/智能硬件结构设计经验。 2. 精通SolidWorks、AutoCAD等设计软件，具备独立完成从方案到量产的结构设计能力，熟悉DFM（可制造性设计）、DFA（可装配性设计）原则。 3. 掌握电子堆叠逻辑，能结合PCB布局、元器件特性优化内部结构，有散热方案设计（如热仿真、散热结构选型）经验者优先。 4. 具备结构强度/刚性分析能力，了解ANSYS、Abaqus等仿真工具基础操作，或有通过物理测试验证结构可靠性的实战经验。 5. 熟悉注塑、冲压、表面处理（如喷油、电镀）等工艺，能与供应链、生产端高效沟通，解决工艺与生产中的结构问题。 6. 具备较强的跨团队协作能力（需同步ID、电子、生产团队），逻辑清晰，能快速响应设计需求，推动问题闭环。
