岗位职责 1. 负责公司平台整体测试体系建设，统筹平台测试工作，管理测试团队，制定测试策略、测试计划、版本准入/准出标准。 2. 覆盖功能测试、多机并发压力测试、编队协同测试、超视距遥控时延测试、弱网丢包场景、异常故障注入、稳定性耐久测试，保障大批量机器人调度、远程遥操场景下平台可靠性。 3. 组织需求评审、用例评审，主导测试用例设计，重点覆盖多机器人协同、任务下发、状态同步、视频遥操、告警、异常容错、网络波动等复杂场景。 4. 推动自动化测试建设：搭建平台接口自动化、UI自动化、仿真环境测试能力，提升回归测试效率；配合仿真环境开展大批量机器人模拟压测。 5. 跟踪缺陷全生命周期，协调研发闭环高优先级问题，评估版本质量风险，输出测试报告，对版本上线/现场交付质量负责。 6. 参与现场联调、大型项目演练，定位现场环境下平台侧问题，沉淀现场测试经验，完善测试用例与风险库，持续优化测试流程。

任职要求 1. 2‑3年B端平台测试经验，有物联网、机器人调度、中控平台测试经验优先。 2. 熟悉接口测试、性能压测、弱网、故障注入等测试手段；了解WebSocket、流媒体、实时通信相关业务测试要点。 3. 能够针对多设备并发、集群调度、远程控制等复杂业务设计完整测试策略，识别潜在质量风险。 4. 具备自动化测试落地经验，熟练至少一种自动化框架，能推动自动化用例落地；会使用压测工具。 5. 较强项目管理、跨团队沟通能力，能够评估版本质量风险，敢于卡点；可接受重点项目现场联调支持；有人形机器人群控项目测试经验加分。
