一、岗位定位：负责机器人灵心、灵创、灵动群控平台的技术支撑、重大项目现场攻坚、技术培训赋能与系统迭代优化，搭建标准化、体系化技术交付支撑体系，保障各类项目稳定落地运营，反向驱动产品技术能力持续升级。 二、岗位职责 （一）交付体系与团队管理 统筹交付支持团队整体战略规划、技术交付体系搭建、团队管理与绩效考核，建立标准化技术支撑、现场攻坚、培训赋能全流程机制；对齐部门业务目标，搭建高效稳定的技术交付闭环，保障全品类文娱文旅项目交付质量与落地效率。 （二）核心平台技术运维与支撑 负责灵心、灵创、灵动群控平台日常运维与技术保障，确保机器人演艺、群控展演、内容运行稳定可靠；为一线交付团队提供常态化远程技术支持，快速排查解决设备运行、平台操作、内容适配等各类技术故障。 （三）重大项目现场技术攻坚 牵头公司标杆、重大文娱文旅项目现场技术攻坚，统筹设备部署、平台联调、系统调试与突发问题应急处置，攻克复杂场景技术卡点，保障大型商业展演、景区巡演、沉浸式体验项目顺利验收、稳定运营。 （四）技术沉淀与系统迭代 梳理项目交付过程中的技术痛点与平台能力短板，联动研发团队推进三大核心平台性能优化、功能迭代与体验升级；沉淀故障处理手册、标准化操作规范、场景解决方案，搭建完善的技术知识库，持续提升团队支撑效率。 （五）技术培训与团队赋能 搭建常态化、标准化技术培训体系，面向内外交付团队、业务团队开展平台操作、故障排查、项目交付规范、场景技术适配等专项培训，输出标准化课件与操作指南，全面提升团队交付能力，降低项目交付故障率。

1. 学历专业 本科及以上学历，计算机、软件工程、自动化、电子信息、人工智能等相关专业优先。 2. 工作经验 3年及以上AI机器人、智能硬件技术交付与支撑相关工作经验，1年及以上技术团队管理经验，具备大型文旅商演项目现场攻坚、技术体系搭建经验者优先。熟悉机器人展演、群控系统运行底层逻辑。 3. 核心能力 熟练掌握灵心、灵创、灵动群控平台运维调试与全场景故障排查；具备极强的现场攻坚、问题复盘与技术沉淀能力；擅长团队培训赋能与知识库体系搭建，跨部门协同能力突出，可适配多项目并行支撑工作，抗压性强。 4. 加分项 拥有机器人商业商演、文旅大型展演、沉浸式体验馆项目完整交付经验；熟悉机器人硬件调试、软件平台迭代流程；具备技术培训体系搭建、技术团队赋能经验者优先。
