1、职场筹建与全周期项目管理：全权负责子公司新职场从0到1全周期筹建落地及各类职场改造项目管理，保障新职场高效落地投用。 2、体系搭建与标准化运营：牵头搭建完善的子公司行政管理制度、流程规范及年度行政规划，落地职场运维管理制度、实现标准化运营管控；统筹办公场地、物业、安保、保洁全维度管理，持续优化行政运营效率，保障各项制度落地执行。 3、采购供应链与成本管控：统筹办公用品、物资、食材等采购台账管理，负责行政费用核对、结算与精细化管控，实现降本增效；同步做好公司固定资产、办公环境管理，保障办公秩序及公司资产安全。 4、企业文化/福利体系与员工关怀：统筹子公司各类内部文化活动落地，主导年度全员年会及各类团队活动的策划、落地执行与全程成本管控。 5、日常行政与内外政企关系协调：负责子公司外部会议统筹调度等日常行政事务；负责对接街道、安监、消防、市场监管等政府职能部门；同步对接物业、外部合作单位及公司各部门，高效协调解决各类行政问题，规范办公服务标准，树立良好企业形象。 6、重大项目后勤保障统筹：统筹规划子公司各类重大业务项目、专项活动的整体后勤保障工作，根据项目需求制定配套后勤方案，统筹场地、物资、接待、食宿、现场保障等全维度支持，保障重大项目高效、有序、顺利落地。

1、本科以上学历，5年以上大厂行政BP的工作经验，2年以上IFM物业团队管理经验； 2、工作中积极主动、有责任心、细心，善于发现问题并及时解决； 3、沟通协调能力强，具有较强的团队意识和服务意识
