1、负责灵创平台核心产品设计与迭代； 2、从创作者视角出发，持续打磨产品体验； 3、深度理解灵创平台的 核心技术能力，将技术能力转化为可感知的产品价值； 4、与算法、仿真、运控、设计团队协作，探索 “技术驱动的产品创新”； 5、基于用户行为与数据（DAU、任务量、创作完成率等），持续验证产品假设并迭代设计； 6、参与灵创平台的长期产品规划，定义产品阶段性目标与核心指标；

1、本科及以上学历，3 年以上产品经理经验（工具类 / 平台类 / 创作类优先）； 2、有较强的 产品设计能力，能从 0→1 或复杂系统中抽象出清晰的产品结构； 3、对创作类产品 有理解和兴趣（视频编辑、动画、3D、AIGC、工具型平台等）； 4、对技术有良好理解能力，能与算法、工程、仿真团队进行高质量讨论； 5、有强烈的产品好奇心和探索欲，愿意不断试错、打磨体验；

加分项（非常重要） 1、使用过或参与过创作工具 / 编辑器 / AIGC 产品（如视频编辑、动画、3D、数字人）； 2、对机器人、动作、表达、交互体验 有兴趣或背景； 3、有平台型产品经验，理解“能力平台 vs 应用产品”的区别； 4、能自己画交互、写 Demo、做原型，而不仅是写 PRD。
