1.仓储账务合规管控，负责监督各仓库所有收、发、移、退业务的系统操作时效性与合规性，规范流程操作，杜绝违规账务行为。 2.负责客供料的日常对账工作，确保账实一致性。对账中发现的重大差异，及时向相关部门预警并督促改进。 3.统筹月底关账前的库存事务处理，确保单据的及时审核与关闭。 4.盘点的账务组织与差异处理，统筹月度、半年度、年度盘点前的账务冻结与数据准备工作，组织差异数据的系统复盘、账务调整，协助查明差异根源，确保账实相符。 5.库存交易稽核，每日抽查或系统监控异常单据，对异常交易发起调查并要求整改，形成稽核日志。 6.跨部门账务协同，统筹内部仓管与采购、财务、质量、销售、代工厂等内外相关方协调处理跨部门账务问题。 7.报表与数据分析，定期编制客供料收发存报表、库存周转数据分析、未清业务单据报表，频发问题统计与分析，向管理层及财务部提供准确数据。 8.推动账务操作的标准化与效率提升。 9.审计与追溯支持，配合财务审计、内控审计、客户审计或供应商对账，提供必要的账务凭证、操作日志及批次追溯数据，确保审计合规。 10.参与部门定期例会，汇报仓储物流账务层面的问题与改进建议。

1. 教育背景：本科及以上学历，物流管理、会计、信息管理等相关专业优先。 2. 工作经验： 8年以上仓储、物流或财务账务相关工作经验 3. 专业技能：熟练操作ERP系统（如用友、金蝶、SAP)或WMS系统。 熟练使用Excel（数据透视表、VLOOKUP、SUMIF等基础函数）。 4. 知识： 了解仓库出入库业务流程，知晓“账实一致”的基本要求； 5. 素养： 细心、耐心、责任心强，对数字敏感，对账务规则敏感，原则性强，做事有条理，具备基础沟通能力。
